庫卡焊接機(jī)器人KR 16 L8 arc HW 機(jī)器人焊接工作站組件

       2009年9月， 庫卡機(jī)器人制造商推出了兩款新型機(jī)器人 KR 16 arc HW 和 KR 16 L8 arc HW，從而進(jìn)一步完善其面向焊接市場的產(chǎn)品系列。這兩款機(jī)器人的特殊本領(lǐng)就是氣體保護(hù)焊。在此類作業(yè)中，其耐用性、精確性及面向未來的裝備均為加分亮點(diǎn)。它們是為滿足氣體保護(hù)焊作業(yè)的所有要求而量身定制的。

       繼 2007 年庫卡機(jī)器人首次引入 Hollow Wrist 空心軸結(jié)構(gòu)（KR 5arc HW）之后，庫卡在這兩款新型機(jī)器人上延用了這一設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)。帶有雙面軸承機(jī)械手的優(yōu)化機(jī)械臂在生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中得到了充分驗(yàn)證。它提高了剛性、減少了振動，并增強(qiáng)了耐輕微碰撞性。

       KUKA presents two more arc welding specialists:the KR16 arc HW and teh KR 16 L8 arc HW. One high-light is their hollow-wrist design with a50 mm opening. This allows protected,internal routing of all conm-monly-used hollw-wrist dress packages,with easy access for quick exchange if necessary. This simplifies undesirable wh iplash motion during reorientation of the robot.
       These robots are also built to endure,with protection rating IP54 for harsh service conditions and a long service life-demonstrated in rigorous component tests:with 40000hours of guaranteed production and maintenance intervaks of over 20000 hours,they set the very highest standards.
