外置式電纜包建議用于對柔性和手腕動作復雜度要求較低的生產(chǎn)場合。
 
該套件在設置時需對機器人程序進行較多的調整，適用于IRB 6620、IRB 6640、IRB 6650S、IRB 7600。
 
連接點設在下臂段與上臂段之間，降低向機器人傾斜時發(fā)生干擾的風險。
 
上臂設調節(jié)架（適用于所有臂長），便于收放電纜。
 
上下臂電纜包便于更換
 
電纜與軟管通過夾具和支架沿上下臂走線。這些夾具經(jīng)專門設計，可快速準確地拆卸/更換整個套件，*大限度縮短停產(chǎn)時間。
 
修理工作可另行安排在適當時候進行。一段電纜的更換時間不超過30分鐘。
