應(yīng)用于對柔性和手腕動(dòng)作要求適中的場合;乜s功能可使電纜和軟管貼近機(jī)械臂。對每個(gè)機(jī)器人節(jié)拍有一定的優(yōu)化要求。
 
機(jī)器人運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),因受到向后的拉力,電纜和軟管貼近機(jī)器人手臂。這種設(shè)計(jì)可有效防止電纜與工裝的相互干擾,機(jī)器人之間距離較近時(shí)其優(yōu)勢尤為明顯。
 
這種電纜包適用于IRB 6620、IRB 6640、IRB 6650S、IRB 7600。
 
Optimized Design優(yōu)化的設(shè)計(jì)
 
工藝電纜布設(shè)在機(jī)器人上臂外部,回縮功能將電纜回拉,使其遠(yuǎn)離工裝;乜s功能及第6軸支架可分別針對每個(gè)機(jī)器人節(jié)拍進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。
 
Short replacement time upper and lower arm上下臂電纜更換時(shí)間短
 
電纜與軟管通過夾具和支架沿上下臂走線。這些夾具經(jīng)專門設(shè)計(jì),可快速準(zhǔn)確地拆卸/更換整個(gè)套件,*大限度縮短停產(chǎn)時(shí)間。修理工作可另行安排在適當(dāng)時(shí)候進(jìn)行。
 
Easy-to-adjust Retractor Arm回縮臂便于調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)在上臂的回縮臂可調(diào)節(jié),設(shè)計(jì)簡單,性能可靠。
 
為便于手臂通行,下臂與上臂電纜包之間的連接點(diǎn)設(shè)在下臂,同時(shí)也方便更換上臂電纜包。
